On November 28th, 2014 Urban Armor Gear sent a brand new iPhone 6 on the ultimate adventure to the stratosphere.
"On its journey, the iPhone reached a height of over 101,000 feet and encountered temperatures as cold as -79 degrees F and winds as strong as 70 MPH. During the descent the iPhone 6 and flight rig withstood a 150 PRM rotation as the parachute deployed and the rig fought to stabilize."

KFC  has debuted its latest food abomination, Double Down Dog, a hotdog with a fried chicken for a bun and drizzled with a cheese sauce that looks like mustard. Unfortunately, they've only been introduced to South Korea and the Philippines so far, with select restaurants only making 50 a day.

'Watermelon Brother',  a man who likes to put a watermelon on his head on Beijings's train. The Daily Telegraph reports:
One commuter told the Beijing Morning Post he was freaked out by the man who loves to put on the hollowed-out fruit helmet and reported him to police.
"It was so scary last night when I was on the metro,” he said.
“This guy was just hanging around on the train wearing a watermelon mask with a beer bottle … apparently he was totally drunk.”
"I was scared by this watermelon brother too," said another passenger. "I posted some pictures of him on Weibo.”
Beijing Metro Police questioned the man after being alerted to his location by passengers and subway staff

A version of the Tread bracelet that includes a watch will be available in Fall 2015. Pricing is expected to be somewhere around $150 to $200, so it’s not exactly cheap.

If you want to eat at a conveyor belt sushi (回転寿司 or "kaiten zushi") restaurant, kids in Japan need to have their parents take them. Soon, they'll be able get aboard the sushi train at home. This is "Super Seizing At Home Conveyor Sushi," a toy that will be out this spring in Japan. It's basically a plastic train set with coaches with plates on them. There is track so you can make a circle and then have your own rotating sushi restaurant in the comfort of your home.   Cool!
