These Sonic Fabric neckties($90/each) is make from sonic fabric, which is woven from 50% recorded audio cassette tape(used) and 50% colored thread the fabric is actually audible if you run a tape head over it!(Youtube link).
You will need to rip apart an old Walkman, you free the playhead from the player and then rub it over the fabric, with the headphone you will hear the music of the fabric. It contains the designer’s own music, a soundscape of samples grabbed from the NYC metro system.(watch the video after more!)

The two-piece ring°wall consists of a LED display and a multitouch information-wall and impresses by its size: a total surface of 425 square meters, which equals more than 6000 computer displays, is the biggest of its kind. An interactive World emerges out of 34 million pixels generated by 15 high definition projectors and is supported by 30 directional speakers.

To promote their exhibition stand at the Franfurt Book Fair, Eichborn the publisher with the fly prepared 200 flies with an ultra light banner. The banner was attached with natural wax. After a short time the banner dropped off by itself. And the flies were not harmed.

Belgian architect Axel Enthoven has designed a holiday mobile home, called Opera. The canvas holiday home unfolds from a trailer and including two beds, a toilet, hot and cold water, LED lighting and a mobile hub. The Opera mobile home will be display at the Design at Work trade fair in Belgium in December.
"The Opera allows you to stay in the most beautiful places, but with the luxury of a wine cabinet, warm-air heating, espresso bar and an enclosed teak veranda. This nomadic, contemporary living tent offers the quality of a luxury yacht combined with the outdoor feeling of camping under canvas."
