The video shows the NSM getting launched from a land base, flying over an island, and then acquiring and striking a ship. Check out the video.
"Unlike most anti-ship missiles, the NSM uses an IR detector instead of radar, ensuring that it won't provide any detectable warning signals to its targets. GPS plus an in-flight data link let the missile make precise maneuvers and shift targets on the fly, and it also has "advanced terminal maneuvers," which means that it pulls some funky moves just before impact to keep from getting shot down at close range"

A puppy suffering from ‘Swimmer Puppy Syndrome’ was rescued from a trash bag on August 31 which a dog breeder had intended to throw away. Swimmer Puppy Syndrome forces puppies to lie flat with their legs splayed outwards rigidly due to their condition. After some massaging of her stiff muscles and sessions of hydrotherapy, the puppy named Little Harper is on her way to recovery.

'When what you see is not what you get'
The 2D version of the 3D short film by Alexei Popogrebsky.
We used the opportunity to test some concepts in 3D and see how it would translate to 2D, and vice versa. Originally part of the Experiment 5ive omnibus -- 5gum.ru . (Hence the black envelope with the picture inside, which had to be the common element of all 5 films)

"This timelapse is about a year in the making. I started sometime in June of 2010 and finished it on August 19, 2011. It wasn't constant work of course, just working on it every now and then. I'd estimate I have invested anywhere between 250 and 300 hours on it. Most of this was time I spent walking, biking, or riding the bus to locations I was shooting. There are very few locations I used a car to get to. Total frame count is about 28,000 frames and 85 different shots. "

    Laundry Arcade Concept
    Gear  |  Concept
Laundry Arcade Concept by Kingston University design MA student Lee Wei Chen. You put your dirty stuff into the washing machine, insert some coins, and start playing.
"The machine looks like an arcade style video console – but the bottom half of the unit is a washing machine, with the components’ circuitry linked together. Therefore, the washing cycle is dependent on the success of the person playing the game, meaning that if they struggle, extra coins are needed to make sure the washing cycle is completed. "
