Humanthesizer, a joint creation between electronic musician Calvin Harris, Sony Music UK, and Bare conductive body ink, which turned 15 bikini-clad ladies into a giant human synthesizer capable of playing Harris's latest single, Ready For The Weekend. The performers stand on the pads, and touch each other on the hands or body to complete a circuit and trigger a sound. Harris, his hands painted with the ink, played the main keyboard line and effects by interacting with a row of eight girls. The rhythmic portions of the track were played by seven dancers performing a carefully choreographed routine. Watch the video below.

Sketch-3D is a system that enable uses to draw in three dimensions using three dials and two-color eyeglasses.
"Sketch-3D is an interactive, integrated software/hardware system that enables users to create their own anaglyphic 3D drawings. By using a ubiquitous interface metaphor (the "Etch-A-Sketch "), Sketch-3D allows anyone to participate in generating stereoscopic imagery in a way that is simple and engaging. In addition to the personal experience, Sketch-3D can be scaled to work with any output device from large scale projection to plasma displays to an integrated LCD. This versatility allows for Sketch-3D to be tailored to fit a wide array of installation environments."
It uses two applications over a Pico-ITX x86 SBC, a Windows Embedded Standard device. The application essentially uses two software 3D "cameras " that simulate the human eyes. These two cameras then output graphics using an anaglyphic (Red / Cyan) multiply effect thus creating the illusion of the drawing being truly three dimensional.

Wow, what's this? It looks cool! Sticky Light is a student project at the Department of Information Physics and Computing at the Ishikawa Komuro Laboratory of the University of Tokyo.
Sticky Light is a 3d tracking technology using a laser diode (low power), a pair of steering mirrors and a single non-imaging photodetector. The big difference to other tracking technologies is the fact that the Sticky Light doesn¡¯t use a camera or projector. So what could you do with? It can track the contour of objects and even augment real-time drawings. Or you could build games like air hockey or a pinball game.
The scanned material does not need to be just a black and white flat drawing; it can be virtually anything (a colorful tissue, a moving volume). What it's needed is that the scanned object present enough contrast for the "sticky light" to be able to know it's whereabouts, and then stick and/or follow the countours and shapes (see video re-drawing hand). It can even change its direction or modulate the speed as a function of the colors or even the distace from the object to the laser head.
