Originally created way back in 2007 the project by Eiko Ishizawa. Now this plush bearskin sleeping bag is finally available for purchase. Because the sleeping bags will be made entirely from hand—including the fake nose and teeth—availability is going to be extremely limited. In 2014 Eiko only plans to make seven of them, but each one will be numbered so they can be cherished as pieces of art. About the price, $2,350 for the adult version, or just $2,050 for the kid's sized model.

Russian photographer Alexander Kholov along with make-up artist Veronica Ershova and hair stylist Mikhail Kravchenko, transformed a model into a real life Marge Simpson. And a pic of real life angry bird after more.
"Marge Simpson is a cult cartoon character in the present world. We love Marge, that’s why we decided to make her alive using the skills of make-up, hairstyle, floristics and photography. It was important to pay attention to the details of original image. Veronica Ershova, the make-up artist, painted the model face and the stylist Mikhail Kravchenko created the huge hair – the calling card of Marge’s image. We wanted to make unusual hairstyle and Mikhail used real chrysanthemums painted in blue and special frame. With the real flowers we achieved necessary volume and texture"

The thing dancing in this video is not a person. It's a humanoid installation piece, featuring facial recognition technology that allows it to focus on and follow you with its gaze. Watch the video, it is freaky! This scary unnamed doll is the work of artist Jordan Wolfson, who created the figure in collaboration with creature effects studio Spectral Motion. On display March 6 – April 19 at David Zwirner Art Gallery in NYC.
"I don't want to tell you this work is about women," said artist Jordan Wolfson over the phone, "because I don't think that's true." Wolfson, a 33-year-old artist who works in video, performance, and sculpture, was on a lunch break at a special effects studio in Los Angeles where he was developing his latest work, an animatronic sculptural woman that will be on display at David Zwirner gallery, engaging with visitors one-on-one beginning March 6. Despite his statement, the doll is the result of an attempt, "in a way," to explore the gaze, a concept with psychoanalytical roots that is most associated with the feminist notion of gender power imbalance that occurs in film, renaissance painting, and other media when viewers are asked to identify with the male perspective, and hence the objectification of women. What happens when the gaze is held by the sexual object?

    Now you can order an American-made 1945 M37 tank with a 105mm Howitzer mortar cannon from a auction(July 12, 2014).
"The vehicle being offered, M37 105mm HMC, serial number 115, was built in October 1945 by American Car and Foundry. It was used as a training vehicle at Fort Knox until the mid-1950's after which time it was sent to Sioux City, IA for display. It was sold for scrap in 1989 in very poor condition. A complete and thorough restoration of the M37 took place at the MVTF during 1994-95 with many parts being rebuilt or replaced. This M37 is beyond a doubt the best one in existence! Included with it are a full load 105mm howitzer round packing tubes. It was last driven in January 2014. "
