    The children bike is made from 100% PVC drain pipes by Spanish Bruno Gavira. Joints are put together with PVC glue or screwed depending the effort they have to support. The wheels are taking from a beer case crate trolley, and they have inner ball bearing included. Axel hubs are the only steel pieces in the bike, with an industrial 8mm. Thick piece of felt to make the saddle comfortable.

    Revolights are a set of LED lights arranged around a hoop that attaches to the front and back wheels of your bike. Lithium-ion batteries, bracket-mounted to the front and rear hub, supply power to the LEDs. The batteries can be charged via USB. Those batteries will keep the lights on for about 4 hours. There are 8 LEDs at 35 lumens, per wheel. The Revolights started out as a Kickstarter project a year ago, it was funded many times over. The company is now selling them at full retail price, which is $250.

    This Recycled Cardboard Bicycle created by Izhar Gafni. His bike is put together using recycled card board and will only cost $9 to $12 to produce, and Gafni hopes they hit the market in 2013 for around $60. Everything except the chain and brakes is cardboard, coated with painted waterproof resin. The current prototype weighs 20 pounds, and can carry riders weighing up to 485 pounds.

    Bike enthusiast and designer Izhar Gafni built a functioning bicycle made for $9 out of recycled cardboard. Idea of another inventor's cardboard canoe project.
    "The Cardboard Bicycle can withstand water and humidity, coated with a strong layer of brown and white material, making the finished product look like it is made of hard lightweight plastic and can carry riders weighing up to 220 kilograms. The cost to make the bicycle is around $9-$12 and the manufacturer expects that the cost to the consumer would be around $60-$90 depending on what parts they choose to add on."

    The Faraday Porteur is a electric bicycle includes a 250 watt motor and concealed batteries that provide 10 to 15 miles of pedal assist on a single charge. A single charge lasts up to 15 miles, and the bike takes 45 minutes to fully juice up. The bike's Kickstarter page describes this as an "electric tailwind," describing it as "the feeling of riding with the best tailwind you've ever had."  It sounds nice. Watc the video. Now it is available in Kickstarter for $3,500, they want to reach $100,000 in funding.
