"While visiting many friends small apartments here in SF and more so in NY, I noticed that there is a void when it comes to elegant bike management. Bikes always get in the way – either in the hall, or leaning up against a bookshelf or something. So, I decided to design something to fix that problem. Until I think of a better name, I am calling it the Bike Shelf."

Full Circle is a sleek folding bike that dispenses with the traditional chain, and instead uses a free wheel gear. And it is simple!
Designed by designer Sanghyun Jeong and Jun-Tae Park from korea.
"'full circle' is a compact-sized city bike that has a large wheel size (508mm, 20'') like a sprinter minivelo. this specification makes this bike easy to navigate through a big city like seoul, while most compact bikes that have small wheels have difficulty. in short, this is a small bike with big wheels. 'full circle' does not have chains, but free wheel gear directly connected to its pedals. it just looks like a fixed gear, but it isn't. 'full circle' has a very simple folding structure, so the ride can easily and quickly fold and unfold the body in a busy downtown, even on the subway. most of its parts can be folded, including the saddle and handle bars"

SidewaysBike by Michael Killian from Ireland. The sideways is a weird bike with independently steerable wheels that exercises the same balance detection and rides like a snowboard.
"'The sideways bike is a two wheel steering bicycle with independently steerable wheels that travels sideways. This steering arrangement affords a unique and distinct motion that is both entertaining and graceful; much like the motion of a snowboard. The sideways bike is an instrument of fun and play and is best suited for children from age 7 and up. The sideways bike is recognizably a bicycle, but it is recognizably different."
