    Designed in Los Angeles by Henrik Fisker and built in Detroit. The VLF Force 1 V10  is crafted entirely out of carbon fiber and houses a monster of a powertrain, an 8.4L V10 pumping out 745 hp, 638 lb-ft of torque, and can hit a 0-60 time of 3.0 seconds, and with a top speed of 218 mph. The car will be produced in a limited run of 50 units and will go on sale exclusively at Ben Keating's Viper Exchange later this year. The leather, suede, and alcantara interior is similarly well-appointed, with integrated Wi-Fi, a two bottle wine holder, navigation and a world-class hi-fi system.

    Mercedes-Benz has refreshed and renamed its SLK roadster to SLC, completing the German firm’s naming overhaul.  The SLC gains a subtly revised appearance, a tweaked folding hardtop, and new engines, including an entry-level 1.6-liter turbo and a range topping turbocharged V6 for the AMG model. The models in the range include an SLC 180 which has a 0 to 62 miles per hour time of 7.9 seconds, an SLC 200 with an 0 to 62 mph time of 7.0 seconds, an SLC 300 with an 0 to 62 mph time of 5.8 seconds and a top SLC 43 which sprint from 0 to 62 miles per hour in just 4.7 seconds. There is also a diesel version, the Mercedes SLC 250 d which comes with a 0 to 62 miles per hour time of 6.6 seconds.  Inside, Mercedes added a new perforated sports steering wheel, a revised instrument binnacle, an updated version of their COMAND Online infotainment system with new features and a larger 4.1-inch screen, plus fresh trims and leather appointments. The new SLC will launch in Spring of 2016.

    Porsche Unveils 2017 911 Turbo and 911 Turbo S. The 911 Turbo S Coupe accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds, making it 0.1 seconds faster than its predecessor; its top track speed of 205 miles per hour has increased by 7 miles per hour. The 911 Turbo reaches 60 miles per hour from standstill in 2.9 seconds, and its top track speed is 198 miles per hour – 2 miles per hour faster than the previous model.

    Porsche's new  2017 911 Turbo and 911 Turbo S. Those incredible 3.8L, twin-turbo six-cylinder engines will pump out even more horsepower for its new model year with 540 hp in the Turbo and and 580 hp in the Turbo S.

    BMW unveiled the 365 HP M2, the car features a  365-hp, 3.0L six-cylinder with BMW's TwinPower turbo system, from 0-60 in just 4.2 seconds. Other features include an Active M differential, Nurburgring-tested high performance brakes, integrated launch control, a race-ready M Dynamic mode, and there's even a GoPro app that lets you record your laps when connected to a camera.

    This Porsche Cayman Black Edition. Gloss-black paint comes standard, although you're free to spend $710 for the metallic Jet Black variant. Like the exterior, the interior can only be had with black leather. Other upgrades for this "exclusive" Cayman include a Sport Design steering wheel, 20-inch Carrera Classic wheels, bi-xenon headlamps with the Porsche Dynamic Lighting System, navigation, heated seats, and an upgraded stereo. Based on the 275-horsepower model, prices for the Cayman Black Edition start at $60,195, making it $6,600 more than the standard Cayman. Sales are slated to begin in January.

    The GT is an elegantly aggressive four-door, rear-drive coupé. The new Kia GT sports car will launch in 2020, this was recently confirmed by the head of Kia UK, Paul Philpott. The new car will be a model in its own right rather than being based on another Kia and will be “affordable”, according to Philpott. He added that it will need to be sold worldwide to achieve viable production numbers, saying: "a sports car just for Europe doesn’t have the critical mass to justify the level of investment required."

    What the Lamborghini Huracan desperately has needed is the absence of something. Specifically, it needed to lose its roof. Why? Welcome the Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 Spyder.  It’s a 5.2-liter V10-powered all-wheel-drive supercar, from 0 to 62 mph in 3.4 seconds and  and to a top speed of 201 miles per hour.  The first Huracán LP 610-4 Spyders arrive in spring 2016. Lamborghini is setting prices in Europe at 186,450 euros before taxes ($210,111 at current rates). The actual US figure could be somewhat different, though.

    The Lyonheart K is a hand-built  in a limited series.  Developed, engineered and hand-built in Coventry, England, by Lyonheart Cars, the beautiful 21st-century E-Type features a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 (presumably from the XKR), carbon fibre panels, an aluminium chassis and sub-1600kg mass.
    Robert Palm, CEO of Classic Factory, says: “We want to make the ‘Made In England’ label into a truthful concept, not just a statement. Every part of the Lyonheart K is developed, engineered and hand-built in Coventry, England.”
    Strictly limited to a run of 250 cars be built between December 2013 and the Northern Hemisphere 2015 summer, the Lyonheart K Coupé and Convertible are now available for order with a list price of €360,000 (about US$481,000) for the Coupé, and €375,000 (about US$501,000) for the Convertible. This includes free delivery in Europe, but not VAT and local taxes. Pricing for other regions is available on request.

    Hyundai's new Vision G Concept.  The company describes the design of the Vision G Concept as "purposefully understated, despite its size and dramatic lines" though we beg to differ as this is one of the most striking cars we've seen from Korean automaker. Power comes from their 5.0L Tau V8 that puts out 420-hp and 383 lb-ft of torque.   The car made its debut today in front of select media at LACMA and will make its way up north to the Concours d'Elegance in Pebble Beach

    Shelby has released its brand new 50th anniversary Cobra Daytona Coupe.  Limited to only 50 units, the car comes in both aluminium and fibreglass versions.   Only six original Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupes ever built in the 1960s. Each coupe can be configured with a number of options including your choice of a 289 or 427 motor and will cost $179,995 for the fiberglass model and $349,995 for the aluminum model.

    The vehicle has been reimagined for the modern day by the California workshop, imbued with a modified 4.0-liter six cylinder engine that puts out 390 horsepower and 315 lb-ft. of torque. Powered by an upgraded version of the company's 3.5-liter supercharged V6, producing 450 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque.     Rezvani Motors unveiled its carbon fiber powerful “Beast”, the car was built in California and packs 500 horsepower, carbon-fiber construction, carbon fiber seats and steering wheel (which weighs less than a Formula 1 steering wheel), reaching 60 mph in just 2.7 seconds with a top speed of 165mph. In total, the car weighs in at 1,650 pounds.

    Mr Storck, founder and head of German hi-tech bicycle manufacturer Storck Bikes, commissioned the Q by Aston Martin team to develop the special 'One of Seven' Vanquish sports cars for himself, and six fellow sports car aficionados. The Q team created a special exterior finish that involves taking layers of carbon fiber that are interwoven to create a smooth finish.  Additional details include diamond-quilted seats, machined carbon wing badges, gloss black styling and “One of Seven” detailing at the head restraints.
