Aqua Submersible Watercraft Car  |  Concept This concept is a one-manned submersible watercraft that can sail both on and under the surface of water. It was developed for the day when, due to increased crowding and pollution, humans will be living on and under the oceans. Then, people will need a new type of underwater transportation, like a submersible craft. The Aqua has a dolphin-like shape that is ideal for moving under the water. The design also explored controlling buoyancy, supplying oxygen and how to protect the driver from water pressure. Designed by Korean designers Sungchul Yang and Woonghee Han. Peugeot + Car  |  Concept This Peugeot + three wheeled eco vehicle looks so cute! Designed by David Vargas for the Peugeot Design. It's a hybrid, between a scooter and a car. This combination allows using a smaller electric engine, saving energy. This saving generates less pollution and a major autonomy of the batteries. Besides the small size gives more agility into the traffic and makes easier to find parking. From the image info that it is a two seater car just like the Smera EV. Its three wheelers design, more like a scooter, but with two front wheels for extra stability.

Built on the discontinued BMW Z8 platform - complete with its 5.0-liter V8 - the GINA Light Visionary shares design. BMW's design chief, Chris Bangle, hopes the car is a showcase of what could be possible in 10 years' time, when drivers could choose a shape for their vehicle at the touch of a button. The GINA Light Visionary Model presents features such as a virtually seamless outer skin made of a textile fabric that stretches across a moveable substructure. Powering the Bizzarrini Livorno p538 is a mid-mounted 7.0 litre Chevrolet LS7 which develops 505 hp 6200 rpm and 475 lb-ft 4800 rpm. Based on the Galmer Arbitrage GT chassis, the P538 is a re-bodied Roadster version retaining essentially all of the original design but embracing the "open top" body concept with the style of the original 1966 P538. Spada Codatronca Concept Will be Built Car  |  Concept About Spada Codatronca Concept, the latest new, Spada has teamed up with coachbuilder to build some 20 copies in the near future and priced somewhere north of £200,000. As its design, powered by supercharged LS7 V8, with over 600 hp, at top speed of 330 km/h and 0-100 km/h (62mph) time of 3.2. A lighter-weight (1380kg) and more powerful (700hp) TSV track version will also be offered, with a top speed of 355 km/h and a mind-boggling 2.7 second 0-100 km/h time. Super Tipper Truck Concept Car  |  Concept A amazing truck design. This concept truck looks like a future truck in other planet. Inspired by the movement of quadruped animals. Munich-based truck maker F.X. Meiller has seen the future of construction hauling, and it is a sleek all-wheel drive tipper capable of dumping on all four directions. Chinese transportation designer Haishan Deng created a series of concept drawings depicting what Meiller's new super tipper truck in action that won him a 2007 red dot award. No word on when Meiller plans to build these tippers or how much they will cost, but Deng says the truck's six engines and battery system will be the priciest parts. A scaled-down prototype is scheduled to be on display May 17-20 in New York at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair. + More >>

B.A.T. 11 Concept Car  |  Concept Italian coachbuilder and design house Stile Bertone has announced it will be presenting a new concept car at next month's Geneva Motor Show. He promises that at Geneva it will unveil the new Alfa Romeo B.A.T. 11 concept car. It is based on the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione high performance coupe, but the B.A.T. 11 was named to reconnect to the studio's famous B.A.T. 5, B.A.T. 7 and B.A.T. 9 concept cars, developed between 1953 and 1955 by Nuccio Bertone. Italdesign Giugiaro Quaranta Concept Car  |  Concept The Quaranta concept car from Italdesign Giugiaro. It will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show. The Quaranta is actually inspired by the 1968 Bizzarrini Manta concept(top pic). It housed a hybrid Toyota powertrain which combined 268 horsepower and 212 pound feet of torque, and gets 38.8 miles to the gallon. It wiil do 0-62 mph in 4.05 seconds.
