Rarely do I send this kind of message however I am very disappointed with the Yuneto music balloon...It really did not make my iphone sound louder and if I do use it the battery wears down too fast...I would love a refund as this is the biggest loss of $45 us I have ever experienced. Thank you for helping out a customer and keeping the honour of your product.

I think you have got a faulty Music Balloon or its not genuine. The actual sound of yuneto music balloon is really clear and loud. Please look for replacement or get more information about the product.
