| I would be willing to sacrafice a broken vespa to make this. Crushing little toes would be terrible, perhaps put the rocking grooves twords the center and away from the outside edges. This would leave a gap between the floor and the perimeter of the base. Anyways WAY cool, Your son is a true hipster in training ;) |

| Looks like it was modeled after the first Vespa scooter released, the Vespa 98. http://www.elogioallavespa.it/vespa98.jpg Definitely not a real Vespa frame was used as it would have been 3 times bigger. |
