The iSave concept design by Reamon Yu, The idea is to make water consumption visible to encourage people to save water by 20%. It provide a digital readout of amount of water that have been used. The LED number display act as a reminder. We don't always think about the amount of water we're using as a faucet runs, but the iSave won't let you forget.
