The Xcaster is able to connect from the field to experts and coworkers located practically anywhere, in order to solve problems and visually discuss issues and collaborate in real time. Built in high quality Norwegian aluminum, the Xcaster is compact and rugged(waterproof, impact proof and drop proof up to 2 meters ), offering HD video and CD quality audio to any computer in telepresence and video conferencing. The Xcaster with high speed wireless 802.11n and Bluetooth can be connected to any place using any standard internet connection or a satellite link, allowing the users to solve problems with visual discussions and collaboration. The Xcaster ST5000 will be available in May 2009, with a price tag of $7,950. |
