It features designed to automotive crash safety standards, with an option for a full-vehicle parachute. The Transition is gas powered, can fly a range of about 450 miles. The first Terrafugia Transition is scheduled to take to the air next month. From the pictures, it looks so heavy, I feel it can not fly high and fast, but it is a good beginning.
