If this is just a fake promo to generate buzz, then it's cute, but really fake.

On the other hand if this is a real product that Dyson is trying to sell then someone at Dyson needs to get fired.

Why? Because the video demonstrating the product on Dyson's web site has a long stream of people being wowed by the fan while looking straight down the barrel of the fan, while it is supposedly on, some of them have long lightweight hair, and their hair never moves.

I agree, there is no hair movement in the video, either this thing doesn't work or the air flow is so low that it wouldn't cool down anything.

How it works? I'm skeptic this would work without blades..
