If it actually worked with the phone AS a microphone it would be worth something. As it is it's just crap that gets in the way.

Also, a great way to get a impacted ear drum. Plus they're just bulky and tacky. Aaaaand.. doctors don't walk around with them in their ears, that's just stupid.
