Sony's new NEX camcorder, it looks great! Sony claims, the NEX-VG10 is "the world's first consumer camcorder with interchangeable lenses". The NEX VG10 will also accept Alpha mount lenses from Sony’s DSLR line with the use of an appropriate lens adapter. It can capture full 1920x1080 high definition video at up to 24Mbps. Sound comes in via a Quad Capsule Spatial Array Stereo Microphone(an array of four microphones is combined to make a stereo mix). Other features include a 3.0" LCD with sharp 921,000-dot resolution. It comes with an Sony18-200mm lens. And it can shoot the 14MP stills. The NEX-VG10 carries an initial retail price of $2000 and ship in September. [ Press ]

But when it breaks will Sony honor the warranty? They've refused to honor warranties in the past on their cameras so I'll pass on this. For 2k I can get a reputable companies product.
