| According on CosmeticsDesignEurope and Canada.com. Dr. Kunio Komiyama is testing a new "solar-powered toothbrush" which cleans the mouth without the use of any toothpaste. The light strikes the wet titanium dioxide head more electrons are released, which form a negatively charged fluid inside the mouth that can remove hydrogen ions from the plaque making it easier to break down. No toothpaste is required. |
| Now Komiyama's back with a newer model, the Soladey-J3X, which he says packs twice the chemical punch compared to the original. The toothbooth is now being testing. If this solar toothbrush can be producted, I think the Colgate will not happy. Just kidding! |
