The Bloodhound SSC is a trans-sonic rocket car aiming to smash the current land speed record and raise it to a mind-bending 1000 mph. The car has been under development for more than three years and and the design is just now moving out of the computer models, to create a car that will travel faster than a speeding bullet. A 1:1 scale model replica was recently unveiled on display this week at the Farnborough International Airshow in Hampshire, England. Photos, here. |
