New York artist Josh Hadar has built a solar electric three-wheeler. It is a 8.4 feet long three-wheeler, and can reach an impressive 45 mph. A 750-watt array of six roof-mounted solar panels powers the Mars Electric Motor that produces 4.8 kilowatts (6.4 horsepower) continuous and 15 kilowatts peak. The E-Trike counts on four 12-volt lead-acid batteries for an extraordinary range of up to 30 miles. The carbon-steel frame rolls on a 20-inch front wheel with 26-inchers at the rear to offer the trike its wild look.

yeah, no solar panels on this. "A 750-watt array of six roof-mounted solar panels" on a roof that doesn't exist, way to go.

I find it really awkward. Yeah, the style and color is somehow great, but, I'd rather go with the old bike. I would do the honor of customizing my own bike, though.
