| We're not really having a debate over the different usage of the word "fruit" in biology and nutrition, are we? There's no such thing as a "vegetable" in biology. There are roots, tubers, stalks/stems, leaves, fruit. Thus, pumpkin is fruit, just as celery is stalks and lettuce is leaves. Having said that, it's true that the tag line should have been something like: plants (or plant foods) are all your body needs. |

| Botanically, the tomato is a fruit. The USDA voted on it to consider it a "vegetable" for tax and shipment purposes. Dunno why. But this sculpture is still pretty awesome. |
