These crazy real skin stiletto heel implants concept from Bit Rebels. The image caught my eyes!
"We have seen the odd and weird pierced people that literally changed their appearance into something unearthly assuming to get attention or to be original. So why would this not be possible as well? An incorporated stiletto heel in your foot could possibly be the new “edge.” I am sure we’ll see someone who will go all out and actually do this. To me, this is just as weird as it comes. It looks painful and alien to me, but I guess the stuff people will do to stand out will always be pushed farther and farther into the land of the weird. What do you think? Is this something that women dream of? "

Most woman hate wearing heels, why would you wanna live with heels on all the time, plus the pointy heel could be quite inconvenient, getting it stick on things walking around barefoot and sinking into the dirt outside even when your barefoot.

imo this is totally foolish and woman would be blatantly stupid to modify there body with such things.

Yeah...this isn't going to work.

If this is a concept for an implant, consider this:

At some point during your walking motion, you are going to put almost all of your body weight on that "heel." This will cause that implant to tear right through your skin. Just sayin.
