| This simple and beautiful concept radio design from John Van Den Nieuwenhuizen. The Hidden Radio - Lift to hear and Rotate to tune. To increase volume, slide the tube up(By the lid moving up this increases the base speaker chamber). The visual feedback is obvious: open = loud, closed = quiet. By rotating the cap this allows the users to tune the raido. There is no readout, but the LED light in base becomes brighter or darker with tuning. I like its volume change design. |
