HTC has announced an Android-based phone, the HTC Tattoo, featuring a 2.8" touch screen, 3.2 megapixel camera, 3.5mm stereo headset jack and microSD slot and which integrates Google¡¯s maps, search, Google Mail services. It will be available in Europe first at the beginning of October. Specs:
