On a winter day in Yellowknife,Northwest Territories, Canada, samantha683 boiled water and threw it in the air, and it freezes and turned into 'snow'!

If you look closely, the water falls to the ground.  What you see that looks like "snow" is steam.  That's why you never see anyone do this with cold water.  (Busted on Mythbusters, BTW.)

The video is whatever... the 2nd highest voted comment on youtube under the video however is hilarious.
