While we're certainly not in the medical field, we don't mind dressing the part. The Cyberoptix Medic Tie ($30-$50) is a plain tie with the familiar medic cross on it. While the standard white model pictured is fine and all, the tie is available in several other widths, fabrics, and colors, including the truly badass blood red narrow microfiber tie with black ink.
