If people would just use them in parking lots like the example, that would be a great idea (though your local plastics wholesaler could sell you some scrap expanded polystyrene for a lot less than $25 if you don't mind cutting it), you just know some chucklehead is going to take one of these out onto the freeway.

And what if you have a three-spoke steering wheel?

Hello I am the inventor and owner of The BuddyDesk I want to personally thank each of you for checking out my product. I first want to say do not be fooled by the imitations you see on the Amazon link above this is not The BuddyDesk, to see the real and originally BuddyDesk go to buddydesk.net. Now I want to address the two comments above. #1- This product was never intended to be used while the vehicle was in motion that is the reason for the warnings that are heat stamped on every unit before it is shipped. As for getting scrap material and cutting them yourself, you could however must wholesalers do not have scrap pieces that size just laying around waiting for someone to come by and pick up. #2- When this product was in the design stage I had to consider the three-spoke steering wheel the only thing you would have to do is turn the wheel over so the large opening in the wheel is downward and install the desk.
