Brammo's new electric motorcycle, Brammo Empulse. This all-new electric motorcycle has a top speed of of 100mph, and a range in excess of 100 miles on a single 2-hour charge. It's powered by a 55 horsepower engine that develops 58lb-ft of torque. Brammo Empulse will available in three models: a 6kWh, 8kWh and 10kWh version with each averaging a 60, 80, and 100 mile range on a single charge. The top-spec model of the Empulse will retail for $13,995.

What an awesome looking bike. I was contemplating getting a bike myself but after seeing this I definitely have to get one as nice as this one. Great bike.

It's not a break through. Until the range is equal to gasoline and it can be 'refilled' in the exact same amount of time for the same price without government welfare it's tripe.
